Your right to cancel (EU customers)

As an EU resident, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason (Right of Withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@bearartstudio.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken (e.g. craft kits with opened components), as these are consumable goods that cannot be resold for hygiene/safety reasons.

How to return

  1. Email us at info@bearartstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Return the item(s) in original, unopened packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bearartstudio.comwith photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used craft kits
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (outside of defect claims)
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
