These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bear Art Studio online store at bearartstudio.com and any purchase you make from us. The store is operated by Savchuk Maryna (Autónoma), NIF Y9573648G, address:  Alicante, Spain.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Products

Bear Art Studio sells DIY fluid art pouring kits and diamond rhinestone craft kits. All products are for personal, non-commercial use. Product images are for illustration; slight colour variation may occur due to screen settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by EU law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment provider. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.

4. Orders and Contract

A contract between you and Bear Art Studio is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error, in which case we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship to the EU and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes (outside the EU) are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, descriptions, logos, and designs — belongs to Bear Art Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bear Art Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Benidorm, Alicante, Spain.
